Carpet Cleaning involves more than just moving a wand over your carpet.

Step 1: Arrival

We will arrives to house according to appointment time frame, we will review the order on file and then go through the house with you ( the home owner), checking the different areas and verifying the service order suits the needs of the customer.

Step 2: Pre-Inspection

We will identify and assess the condition of the carpet. If there are areas that will require extra attention, or items that need to be moved - it will be discussed with the (you the home owner). If heavy furniture was not moved prior to appointment, we will clean around it or underneath it (if possible).

Step 3: Pre-Cleaning Spray

After the pre-inspection and confirmation of the home owner to start the job, we will start cleaning the areas according to order. We will treat the area with our pre spray to help break down and take out the dirt, this is to make sure it will come out with the cleaning later.

Step 4: Deodorizer / Sanitizer

Deodorizing come standard with all our carpet cleaning, sometimes a heavier sanitizer may be required in certain cases, like for pet odor or pet stains. This is a procedure that we would recommended if your family suffers from allergies or you suspect bacteria growth in your carpets.

Step 5: Carpet Cleaning Process

After all is done and cleaned, we will go through your home (with you) and discuss the areas that were cleaned. We will also discuss which stains and spots we treated, and guide you how to keep this "like new" condition.
